All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After your order has been processed you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times can be effected if USPS is experiencing delays due to a high volume of orders (i.e. the last couple of weeks prior to Christmas).
In-store pickup
We do not offer in-store pickup.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer International Shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you chose our shipping option “First Class with Tracking” you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 1 business day for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@giftsforsportfans.com with your name and order number. We will respond to your email within 24-48 hours.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt (or proof of purchase) and picture proof of current condition. If your order has met the previous criteria, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@giftsforsportfans.com with your name, order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
